SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped out the same day. After that time, items will be shipped the next business day
Orders placed after 10 a.m. CST Friday will ship the following Monday
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays
Although we ship to most areas served by UPS they are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, FPO and APO addresses
We ship to certain international locations (unless special arrangements are made using your company FedEx or UPS account)
Transit time is usually 2-7 business days to the continental United States, contact us if you need to expedite your order

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returns are accepted if the item received is DOA, damaged, defective or not as described.
Buyer must contact us to obtain an RMA and return instructions within 14 days upon product arrival for damaged, defective prior to returning the item
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and an RMA number
After approval, buyer have 14 days to return the damaged/defective item
All items being returned must be packaged in their manufacture/original packaging
All refund will be processed through PayPal once we have received and inspected the item
All other returns there will be a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost
